Custom Map interchangeability between years

A few years back I had my 2011 MR dynotuned w/ accessport with the following mods panel filter, 3 port, TBE. The car felt really good, put down solid numbers and I was very happy with the tune. Unfortunately I sold the car, which I knew I never should have done. Good news is I bought a 2014 MR last December. As far as I know mechanically the 2011 and 2014 are exactly the same (correct me if I am wrong) so if I were to supply the exact same parts, I should be able to flash my old tune onto this car and save the cost of having it retuned until I am ready. Before you guys light me up, I understand there are differences between cars even when they come off the assembly line next to each other and I am not running on the ragged edge here as far as pushing the limit of the motor. The tuner actually left alot of meat on the bone wanting to keep the torque low due to the SST. My main concern is will it flash correctly with the ECU and the SST, and are there any mechanical differences between the two that I am missing? Thanks Guys!
