I went to Fontana last night and had a lot of fun (the track rental day was moved to 11/5/04). It was nice meeting up with some of the guys. I got to see Smogrunner make that 11 second pass. I was testing out my new downpipe and hi-flow cat and ran my best to date, a 13.22, still on 91 octane. If Carlsbad was still open, I probably would have ran a 13.0. Anyway, I'll probably head out next week to Fontana and see if I could better my times.

It was really nice meeting you. Just a note: Cal Speedway is known to be a slow track and EvoTio was running FULL weight, spare tire and all, and STRAIGHT 91 - no spike of race fuel like I had on my pump gas runs. He is a solid driver! I look forward to seeing what times he will do with future upgrades.
Although I was most excited about FINALLY getting to the 11s, I am equally happy about my pump gas results as well: 12.2/111.95 run. I was on 92.3 octane on that run. Here is the math: [12 x 91] + [2 x 100]/14 = 92.3
