I am real happy right now. I just found out that the sponsorship application i submitted when i went to HIN in AC was approved!!!!!!! I get one from decalkits. com and although the value of the sponsorship is only $625........ hey, it's 625 that i didn't have yesterday. I have a secondary sponsorship from house of boom - i can get stuff at cost. schwing i am real excited and i can NOT wait for next season.

The whole idea of getting sponsored is that you get parts free or at a discount; you shouldn't have to pay them for this.

Let me guess... you signed up with the company in the above URL and you had to pay some money (around $80) for your "application fee" right?.... and they said that you may or may not get sponsored, but they have hundreds of companies waiting to sponsor people... umm, no.

I know two other people who signed up for the same thing, and guess what, they got the EXACT same sponsorship you got... and so does everyone else. The Decal place and the Stereo place.

The decal place, well, they're decals, and cheap one's at that. Most of them just advertise their website.

The stereo place, well that online catalouge of stereo equipment you get "at cost" is pretty much retail.

ANYONE, and I do mean anyone, will get a similar sponsorship if you send them $89

It's basically a "buyers club"... they've been around for years, but they're usually more straight forward and don't try to scam you into joining. You pay like $90 and get a lifetime mebership in like an electronics buyers club. They send you a catalouge you can order consumer electonics at like a 10%-15% discount. Your $90 goes to helping this company buy stuff in bulk and offer it at lower prices than say, a BestBuy because they have to pay employees, building rent, advertising, etc, etc, etc. Also the products are generally junk.
