we ran our evo this weekend and peeled off a 11.2 at 129. this was on the stock block, stock manifolds, 17" DRAG RADIALS AND STOCK BRAKES, thats right 17" wheels and stock brakes, no slicks here. we may need some pistons, rods and some head work to run into the mid 10's on the 17's, they just dont launch like the slicks. Let me know if anyone else is running times like this, full weight with drag radials.

I think cosmo beat you to it with a 10.7 or 10.8... stock rims on all seasons, stock block except cams, stock intake manifold. I ran similar times with all season tires on stock rims, brakes, stock bottom end, intake manifold, tb and intercooler piping. Good times. Btw

 

What are your whp #s to get the 11.4 et?

 

It's in his sig, 522AWHP/424AWTQ and they ran a 11.2

I haven't dyno'd that setup, but the trap speed can give an estimate. I ranged from 128-130 mph, full weight w/ sunroof, should be around 500.

 

Al has a strong car.622whp is like 10s.... 93octane+WI

we also use the stock exhaust manifold with a turbo adapter pipe. i am looking for info on cosmo's run, i cant seem to find any.

My Evo 8 went 10.59 @ 137 mph with stock brakes and 17" drag radials

and, I think TT went 10.4 on drag radials and small brakes

 

We have a subscription for it, but we never get a stinking chnce to read it. It's sits in our lobby for customers. Which issue was it. I'd like to check it out

 

I could probably clip off a mid 11 second pass with sticky tires, but I love my drivetrain too much That 1.5 60' is insane. I would have a 11.5 with that 60'.
