Quote: I would expect more than 108 with 300whp, since you can hit 105mph with a stock 05 (<250whp).

Your right. 300 whp would be trapping 110. 108 is about 285ish.

Also what hurts MR times is that I had to put it in 5th before crossing the 1/4 mile mark...I tried holding each gear out a little longer but still not enough room, I believe this is why some 5 speeds have a great MPH

For the Price of the staged upgrade path and the fact that he sells like 50 that consist of the same exact thing with all of his parts and testing specificly for that combination, there should no room for error, not when you are paying top dollar for the specific reason not to have those type of issues..
Quote: Sorry about the tune, I'm sure if you were closer to Shiv, he would probably take a look at your car and fix the problem. We are all human and make mistakes, now what we do after we make the mistake is what we should judge a person on. Yeah your MPH is a little low, even if you were running pump gas, but it's probably an easy (not too expensive) fix and hey atleast there is one thing you got going good and that is your driving skill, the most important feature.

Well...not me!!

I was shifting at around 7600 and still had to shift to 5th, either way the tune is making way less power then it should be.

You can see by the times that my driving was decent and I got as much out of the 108 mph as i could.

I think I just need to find another tuner, one who cares when customers are having issues

I can with a regular 5 speed. I would rather run it up to 7800rpm and out of the powerband than shift to 5th

Yes cause a regular 5 speed has a little longer gears

What issues are you having other than being low on boost? If you'd like, I can tell you how to raise boost more and make a bit more power. Beyond that, you can always upload a race gas map and see another 3-4mph higher traps.

Just post on our vendor forum and you can get help...

Cheers

WHAT??? who said anything about boost problems?

I did post a concern thread in your forum ...

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=137279

My car is running too lean, You didnt seem to care all too much. I had MANY pm's of people (other tuners) telling me that I was infact too lean. They didnt want to post in the thread cause we dont need anymore tuner wars. I even had some of your good friends say I was lean and offer to help me fix it, but all I wanted is a little customer support from you for the product I paid for.

I dont want to start a drama war here, I guess this is one of those things I need to figure out for myself. Maybe a local tuner will be able to help me out with what I need

EVO MR, That's a nice 60' time! Do you have a stock clutch?
What rpm do you launch at? Have you ever tried switching from tarmac
to gravel to see if your launch or et improves?

Last month I ran 12.53 / 111, and just held 4th gear through the rev-limiter
for the last 50-100 ft.
My 60' sucked (1.99)
But now have the Exedy twin-disc and going to the track tonight, see if I can improve.
I might try the "gravel" setting for one run to see what happens.
