I prefer using an S-AFC to tune myself, so I cannot give you detailed advice in reference to flashing. You could easily call Al @ Dynoflash or Mark @ TurboTrix to find out what the best choice is for you. Choices:

1) Get a flash now that is designed for all of your mods, including the full exhaust (TBE).
2) Get a flash now for the cat-back, then when you complete the TBE, get a reflash for $100.
3) Complete your TBE, then get a flash for all of it after the fact while remaining untuned in the meantime.

I would get the DP and test pipe and then get a custom tune. The mail in flashes are nice, but the custom tune is much better. Either that or save up for a stand alone unit. They main reason I went with a flash is for stealth at the dealership. Either way your tuning needs will be addressed.

Well I doubt the reflash is necessary if you are just adding a cat back to a car with a dp already installed..The flash I got on my stock car was for a full 3 inch exhaust, but my car was stock..It worked great..I don't think adding an exhaust will change your a/f's much anyway since you will just be moving more air at the same a/f the car wants it to run anyway, I don't think it adjusts afr's at WOT depending on the amount of maximum airflow..Cams and a fuel pump are a different story though as well as anything that will significantly increase airflow to the point injectors are maxxed out ect..
