See, it's funny. You come on here, talking all this junk about "don't be surprised if you see records fall" and all they can muster up is a 11.40. Granted, that's not all that bad for a first pass. Seriously... But, if you're gonna talk the talk, at least make sure you or your boys (I'm not quite sure how you're related to ISP) can walk the walk.
TT puts down the numbers. Until ISP does (or if they ever do), you get a big

Thanks to everyone that came out and raced. It was a good turnout and we're looking forward to doing it again next year. Now it time for all of us to beat up on the Subys during the 8/20 event!

Ok, so ISP didn't beat the world the very first time out, and I suck for drawing interest to them. One thing's for sure, though: They're on your mind now, and people know they're out there.
And, to answer your question, I'm really nothing to ISP. They're a local shop and friends of mine who also support our local club a lot. Like I mentioned before in this thread, I'm excited that there's finally another shop with lofty goals to compete with Al, TTX, Pruven, etc... Especially one that's in my area. Why not support someone who's working to build and race one of the most powerful Evos out there? Furthermore, you're the only jackass e-thug on this thread that's talking "all this [negative] junk" about them (and me personally
). Even the tuners who are in direct competition with them are giving them props, especially for the build of the car. They (being real -not sideline- racers) realize that this will be a car to be dealt with.Interestingly, I also am nothing to you, nor do I even know or care who you are, but somehow you are acting towards me as if we're some bored teens sitting on the side of the road arguing about who's got the bigger dick. I don't personally have a lot to brag about. As far as dragging, I've officially only run a best of 12.8, although that was well before cams, other crap and some tuning from Al - I'm hoping to knock almost 1 second off that on race gas, but don't come out to see me... you'll be disappointed. But I do love very fast cars, and I'm still confident that ISP will be one of the fastest.
Finally, I'm also glad you didn't go to the event strictly to see them, because I have a sinking feeling that you're the type of one-shop-worshipping ***-kisser who would discount them even had they done better at this race. Basically I'm saying that Al is awesome, TTX is awesome, Pruven is awesome, AMS is awesome and ISP is joining their ranks, whether you personally think they will or not. Thanks again, though, for really being a great part of this thread and reading and comprehending it so thoroughly.

Don't waste your time with the high schoolers Sterling...!!
ISP's car appears to be the real thing - but "Thats why they play the game!"
Better luck in August
I think the Subies will be representing a bit better this time around so get that thing to hook up!!
