AZ.EVO in 10`s
i came late but i saw enough of whats left of the remaining runs, and yea topnotch was there, wait for the videos they will be worth watching ..... i still want to see the videos and watch the early runs......
Ah hell. I tried taking some photos of the time slips, but I can't get them to focus. I'll have to find someone with a scanner and then email them to myself.
As far as the video. There is a lot to go through. I'll probably need a FTP site to upload them to also.
There sure were a lot of Evo's there. I think I counted 9.
I think the race of the night was when Najib (House DJ) went against Dre (Topnotchevo).
My best time was 13.79 and my best mph was 100.24. This was on pump 91 at 20 psi of bosst. I still need work on my 60', as my best was 2.019 and that included some toasting of my new clutch. The good news is that I think I finally figured out the difference between slipping, dropping & completely melting the clutch. Next time out I'm going to add some 100 octane and bump the mbc to 2.0 bar. That should be good for 28 psi, right?

Fre, my cousin was there the night you went and he told me all about some fast **** Evo with Idaho plates. I can only assume he meant you. He said you were consistently doing 11.5 @ 123. I also see that in your sig.
Top was working with a tuner on his car most of the night.... check that - all night! There were some issues going on with his car and I didn't really get a chance to talk to him much. His car is a beast and it definitely has potential, but the fastest I saw him run was only 117 mph. His times were all over the place though. He beat me with a 13.4 when we raced, but he only trapped 92.23 at the same time.

That sucks dude. Those AEMs aren't cake to get right, you have to spend some time with them. Did you even have a decent base map to start you off?
I am guessing I will need at least a few weeks with my AEM to get it where it needs to be. I will probably run slower than right now the first time out with it hehe.

What were the times, we all know your cars potential, like I said making the power is one thing , getting to the ground to perform is another and the more power, the more problems, still with that said I would like to know your best time please? Believe me over 600WHP is more than enough for 10s, don't even need that much, just a matter of time. Still please post your time?
