High Boost = 30 psi
Low Boost = 24 psi
in that race he cant use the high boost because the tires cant handle it (Normal street tires), so he need to use the low boost. that evo can do 10 seconds with a good tires.
With that trash of tires the time was 11.6 at 30°celcius and a lot of humidity

BTW: Republic Of Panama (central america), not Panama city in Florida
