Great times. Be careful about all that boost. You've seen pictures of Buschur's exploded turbo running 30 psi haven't you?

How much psi did you run on your 116 mph run ? I didnt see any pics of the turbo you got a link ? As iam sure you know the turbo dont hold 30psi very long , after 1st gear you should be above 5000 rpm and the lil-stocker will not pump anywhere 30psi at that point . And 30psi is once in a blue moon thing for me .

If by powershifting you mean not lifting my right foot , then no I dont powershift . I did shift very fast but i do lift on my shift's , and i owe most of my fast shifting to the new pennzoil syncromesh (nothing better than new syncromesh in the trans!!).

Haha... Syncromesh is good stuff!

If you referring to my run. The pass was made at 33psi peak if I recall correctly.

I have logged up over 34psi so far. Another local evo owner has hit 35psi or so.

26 psi tapering down. I looked but couldn't find the link to the exploded turbo. It was completely destroyed though. I don't know how long he ran it at that boost level though. Again, great times. I need to put some decent tires on my car. Winter tires and racing don't go well together for traction.

Who cares if the turbo explode. hehe.. a 9.8 replacement is about $300 and a 10.5 upgrade is about $500. No turbo part will get pass the dense intercooler anyways so you motor is fine. In fact, I would think the stock motor is better with 30+ PSI on stock turbo than even a 25 PSI on, say, GT35R.
Boost on my brother!
I have been running like this for almost a year now and the turbo is still showing no sign of giving up. Thank you Methanol God! :P

yea my car def spikes well past 30 psi. On my defi BF amber, if I lay into it on the highway in 4th or 5th the gauge just goes right past 2.0bar and sits there.
