Read the rules that you posted the link to... It specifically states:

That is NOT what it says. It specifically states AND, meaning both. If the rule meant one or the other, it wouldn't make sense since a) it doesn't say "AND/OR" and "videos" in itself is not illegal since you can post videos from the dragstrip, dyno, etc.

 

Law of minimum astonishment? How so? The rule clearly states that street racing threads AND videos are prohibited. Well, this thread didn't contain any videos. I honestly don't see how he broke the rule this time.

Let me translate for you: Street racing threads are not allowed AND street racing vids are not allowed. You are reading it too narrowly. It means, despite how it may be written or you're reading it, that neither is allowed. You don't have to write "and/or" to mean that it can be both or either...

BTW, this is not a sudden, out-of-nowhere rule...
