If they read Mr. or Mrs. Smith only one of you will need to sign for the transaction.

It's basic logic. These ideas are used everyday all around you.
You got it.
Therefore Michael should not be banned since he didn't break the rule! Pictures are not videos!

Basic English is that words have multiple meanings, sorry but it's true. Look at your checks in your wallet (if you are married). If you do have a spouse and share an account then it may read Mr. and Mrs. XYZ. Now, correct me if I am wrong, but last I checked both of them did NOT have to sign the same check. Though you both may manage the account, and she may tan your hide for buying that new set of tires, you signed the check, and with that you made the purchase.

Basic logic suggests that he, being what I assume to be an intelligent individual, had no confusion over the word "and." If he did, and he finds this offensive, I apologize. These ideas ARE used everyday all around you.

Amazing how this guy gets to not only continually break the rules, but then gets to talk back to mods with his haughty and retarded "logic." He is a plague to this forum and is nothing but a trouble-maker. What's great is that after he was told to shut up, he continues arguing the point with a complete disregard for Speedlimit. Amazing how everyone else understand the rule and is able to NOTICE THE STICKY AT THE TOP OF THE FORUM except for Mike who just got banned for this last week and S4 who would argue with a brick wall if given the chance.

heh, this turned into an argument about the word "and"

You did read that "and" means in addition to, which means "Threads about street racing, in addition to, videos with street racing in them will be deleted." SO, that means threads about either of them are fair game to get deleted.

give up man..he's not the first to get banned. Is it really worth your time to fight?

Honestly, this argument is moot. Why? Because the mods are judge, jury, and executioner. End of story. It doesn't matter if you think you found a loophole.

The following street racing threads were started less than two years ago. In fact, the last link was started just a week or two ago! The threads were never locked or closed and the thread creators were not banned. These are just two examples... There are many, many more. So please explain to me how this rule is enforced consistently if there are dozens and dozens of these types of threads still active in the forum database?

The fact that these are street racing threads without videos is consistent with the rule of "Evom has a policy to not allow street racing threads AND videos." This is no different than what Mike did... He posted a street racing thread without a video and was in accordance with the rule. However, he was banned for it and his post was edited. He followed the rule just like everyone else, as evidenced by the dozens and dozens of other threads like his.

How have I broken the rules, Warren? There is nothing wrong with this debate.

Your behavior is retaliatory in nature and not appreciated. Please keep the conversation on topic or do not post at all.
