There was an Evo 8 this weekend up at Great Lakes Dragway in Union Grove, WI. WI license plates read "spins all 4". It was white and had a couple of AMS stickers on it. It had spray, a 37r, and it ran 10.4@ 139mph

hmmm interesting. See if you can find out more. It's funny that some of these guys with beasts for cars aren't active members on this board... I'd love to include them if you can get a name, date/ET/Trap specs for me.

Curt ran that 9.68 with 4 counts of knock at the line, when he launch it had already spun a rod bearing, so that makes the 9.68 @ 141mph even more impressive...... and Ams,buschur,Al all have 42r set ups. so that shows really how fast curt car is, I'd look for him to be back at the track in 3-4weeks runin low low 9's on that 35r, if my calculations are correct when he puts a 42r in the car, he'll own the worlds fastest EVOLUTION 8 in the world, but hey these are my own thoughts... guess we just have to wait.....
