New PB - But still no 11's... :(

Well, I went to the track this evening hoping to break into the 11's. Weather was nice and temps were about 55-60. Track sucked but that's just normal out at Edgewater Sports Park in Cleves, Ohio. (No elevation)

--------1st Run---2nd Run---3rd Run
60'.......1.770......1.718.......1.761
330......5.094......5.061.......5.109
1/8.......7.785......7.776.......7.805
MPH......91.16......90.34......91.09
1000....10.083....10.086.....10.096
1/4.......12.009....12.015.....12.013
MPH......116.62....117.05....117.44

The car wasn't running right on all three runs. On top of it backfiring the whole night, the car was falling on its self from 1st to 2nd gear shift. This didn't happen before the AEM so I need to get that looked at. The car had to be pulling timing because there were spots the car just seemed to hold back throughout each run. I know it's an 11 second car, I just need to get the kinks worked out. I'm hoping to get the car looked at next week, and then it's back to the track for my 11's!.

Mike

If I were a betting man, I would say the COLD weather. When it was tuned it was about 25 to 30 degrees warmer. My boost was spiking pretty high this evening.

I'll get it figured out!

If ur boost went up from where u were tuned for then thats ur problem. Turn the boost down to where it was for ur tune.
