Who has the fastest 1/4 mile time in an MR still with the 6 speed.

 

That there is an actual timeslip for and not just hearsay or "firsthand" experience I believe TTP has that honor right now. There is a reputed Malaysian car (as I recall) that was low 10's but I never saw a timeslip or video.

from what i have seen motec is the best and worth the price if you can afford it.

i know the Mynes Evo ix MR ran 11.4 @ 128

 

A philipeino EVO 8 MR run 9.7.Only one local EVO 3(5 spd) hit 10.3 and that is 2 year back.He is going to hit 9's this year.

A customer of ours by the name of Trevor Jones went 11.3 @ 120 MPH in his '05 MR. His screen name on here is DragNRacing. The man can flat out drive!

 

MZM's MR went 11.4 anywhere from 124- 126. He was having a whole lot of traction problems.

TTP has a 5-speed, not sure what they ran before the swap.

 

alot of people with MRs have converted to 5 speeds to up their trap speeds and because of the 4th gear issue- I myself was able to Trap 121 bumping up the revlimiter and staying in 4th gear with a 20g

 

thats why i was wondering what is the fastest 6 speed time

 

Thanks for the kind words JRod! I did run 11.3@120 with the 6spd and still am using it. I have a few hundred launches on my 6spd, 10,000 spirited miles, and numerous track events. The Exedy twin disc is flat out awesome and I have no lift shifted the car at every race since the day I bought it! Tranny fluid was changed with the stock clutch at 3,000 miles.
