Yeah....work on that 60ft. and you could be running in the 7's in the 1/8 and the 12's in the 1/4.

In my old 8 I ran a 7.9 @ 84mph with a 1.72 60ft. With you JUST having a reflash/tune makes me want to do that and take it to the track.

Who tuned your car?

His car is stock. This is what IXs run stock with a decent driver and decent track. Usually low 13s and some run high 12s.

Yep, good job. That's what I ran in my 05 MR when it was stock (no tune), and I had a similar 60' (5k limiter killed me at the time). You can hit a 12 with a decent 60'.

Oops my bad, it does say he has a tune. 13.1-13.3@104mph is what a stock EVO IX should run with a good driver and good track.

You only gained ~19mph on your back half, means something is up with your 3-4 shift, or your car is pull some timing up top. A healthy stockish evo should gain at least 20-21mph on the back half.

You mean an 05 - that's what they run all day.

You noticed that he had a reflash, but if I can get my stock 9 tuned and run 7's I'll be happier than a baby in a barrel of ****. I know my 9 feels stronger than my 8 did, but damn, I didn't think it was that much different.
