I thought I'd share my times with the evom community. 03 evo stock block, 272 cams, turbo trix 50 trim and some 880's on a pretty conservative tune. 21-22 psi on pump gas. Im still pretty new to drag racing an awd, or drag racing all together. Here are the times, what do you guys think?

you will love it on the 9, I couldnt imagine. Im ready for meth or nitrous. Im not ready for an engine build though. You might think about getting a stronger clutch as well, just my opinion.

 

You must be the worlds slowest shifter. Very nice traps but with those 60's you should be mid-low 11's.

120mph trap = more left in it for sure! The clutch should be fine. Brand new. Shooting close to 400whp...I have to run 91 oct though.

I was just stating because my act sucked in my evo, and drag has a slipping act as well. I just really like my exedy twin. You wont have any problem getting 400, idk on 91 though.

Sorry, wasn't trying to sound like an ***. Just that your 60' times weren't that bad and with 120mph traps you should be well into the 11's. Trying to help you out and see were the E.T. went.

 

I know man, just alot of ppl have been giving me crap for it. 3rd person today infact, I agree but I just dont see it. I really dont think I can shift any faster for the most part. IDK this car is weird sometimes. I really want to improve and get 1.6 in 30 passes I went from a 2.0 to a 1.7 pretty consistantly, as well as a high 12 to a pretty consistant low 12, without changing anything other than my launch.

 

What RPM are you shifting at? Only thing I can think of is if you are falling out of boost alittle between shifts.

 

What were your 1/8th mph's?
