10.61@131mph, BR 35R, stock block!!!

Finally got the tune alittle better and broke into the 10's in a big way! First run I was seeing 11.3-10.7 AF/R's and 17* peak timing. Knew it was going to be a good run when I hit the rev-limiter in 4th about 20ft from the end of the track. Looked like this:

60' 1.65
1/4 10.80
mph 129.28

Video http://videos.streetfire.net/video/b...b9002f45f2.htm

Second run a roasted the tires and ran a 11.22@130mph with a 1.89 60'. Finally the third run I knew it felt good out of the hole and even after raising the rev-limiter to 8300 (I know, thats pushing it on the stock internals) I hit the limiter about 50ft from the end of the track. AF/R's were 11.7-11.1 and peak timing at 18*. Here's the breakdown:

60' 1.62
1/4 10.61
mph 131.59

Video http://videos.streetfire.net/video/b...b9003c0627.htm

I was running a 50/50 mix of pump and 110 and the meth injection. Running 29lbs boost and seeing zero knock across the board. Traction is really an issue now though. I was either hooking good or just roasting them, its a very fine line. Pulled several 1.9 60's as well.

Is this the fastest ET and mph on a stock block so far? Big props to Buschur either was for making some amazing products at unbeatable prices

Video's will be up in the next couple day's.

Unfortunately that was on it when I bought it. Planning on swapping it for a Buschur this winter.

nice runs, its good to see that the stock block is capable of mid to high 10's
do you know what your car weighs?
what tires you running?

I havent had a chance to weigh it yet but Im thinking just over 3000lbs. Still running full stock interior, A/C, and stock Evo VIII Enkies. I have the trunk stripped, coilovers, crash bars removed, and lighter aftermarket parts but thats it for weight reduction.

Running Hankook Ventus HRII's.

WOW man nice job!!! I knew it was possible, for lower 10's with mph we are are seeing

I need better tires and maybe I can join ya

How high is your 2 step. I only knock on the 2 step, and it was 11 counts for just a second... I am thinking it was false? And I show 1 or 2 at the top of 4th at around 8k.

My a/f is alot different than your as well... 11.9 to 12.1, on C16.
