Just wondering what's the fastest stock block have run in the 1/4 mile? I'm building a 2.3L this winter, so might as well push the stocker to the limit and see. TIA!!

 

So far its a 10.6xx @ 131xx


Our car has done a best of 10.8xx @129 and 131mph for the best trap (second best stock block trap) speed out of us

 

The fastest is NI EVO 10.6.And Emery only cut 1.7 60' so there are some room for improvement.

 

Yeah, my best pass was a 10.61@131.59mph on the last track day of the year. Was bouncing off the limiter at the end of the track too so I feel there was still some improvement on that. There's a video of the pass in my sig

 

I envy you guys with the evo 8 tranny/4 the gear. My stupid evo 9 4th gear is so feaking short. I topped out at 114 mph.

 

hey man i have the same prob.. i dunno how this guys have dome 118 on evo IX with the stock rev limit best i ve done is 114 but the thing is im running rt 615 s n i normaly drop the tire pressure to ab 20-21 psi.. is that the reason im getting a lower trap.. coz i hit the rev limitter just before 1/4 mile
