I wanted to make a few runs so I went ahead and entered my car in the Quick 8 4g63 class for kicks. There were several 10 second dsm's present but on the final round one of them couldnt make it to the start so I ended up taking second place for $50.00 from a field of 13 cars. My best time last night was a 12.7 and my best trap (different run) was a 111. I was really having trouble getting the car off the line and had to lift twice due to hop. The track seemed too sticky, I couldnt get any wheel spin and the launches were all more violent then I would have liked. Had a great time and made $50.00 to boot.


Here's the car AND the GIRL that that won 1st place, I guess if your gonna get beat it doesnt hurt to get beat by a pink 10 second DSM driven by a girl. Go figure, there's probably no pics of my car other than the little bit of my bumper, but I'll post a video later.

 

Good stuff! I like SA, the track's usually prepped nicely.
