OK
well thats why I came here to ask for another opinion. I trully don't know the power requirements necessary to hit 1.4s.

Basically though the time should be correct or the whole runs flawed from start to finish? MPH is similar to what I have experienced without launching the car.

The whole run would be flawed in this case, because it carries through from the 60' through every split. The only thing that's right is the mph. This looks like it was a 13.5-13.6 run, which would still have been a good improvement.

Were you staging the car with the back tires by any chance?
Don't laugh,I have seen people do it and track officals let it happen on a track rental day,as a GOOF

It appears as if the entire run is probably off by about the same amount as the 60'. I would suspect the culprate is a delay in the staging timing for some reason.

Thanks guys...

Will just have to wait until the next round of mods go in before I go back.
Atleast the MPH shows the car is making more power as I could never crack more that 97.xx mph and so far I have done that all 4 passes todate, launch or not

I've hit a 1.6 60ft times on a track thats locally known to be a poorly preped track with an ACT HDSS. Not sayin he did or didn't hit 1.4's (might be possible with perfect track conditions) but I remember feeling like 1.6 was about as good as my car could've possibly done. 1.6's feel insane lol

To run a 1.4 60 foot with yor car weighing in at 2700lbs you need 480hp
1.7 is 260
1.6 is 311
1.5 is 390

There's your answer. Timers weren't off.

i think the first timeslip said 13.1 at like 99 if i saw it correctly....the only way to do that would be to let off at the 1000ft mark.

Well with all the crap my cousins were talking I had to go back to the track...

Warr you were right I guess. I ran 3 times again this past Saturday same time and not quite same temperature. The track was dirty as hell.

I ran (2) 13.5s and (1) 13.6 but conveniently the 60foot times were not working and all I got on my slips was the ET and mph.

I cheated on this run

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B1lOGSRQVgY

13.5 at 101 spraying some cold water from the intercooler sprayer.

I have no 60s to report but the car ran the exact times stated.

Thanks again. All I really wanted was a vid and now I can update my sig.

We don't have to see the 60's necessarily. We can figure out based on the splits. Show us the slips or post the splits. I'm sure if you look at the splits, you'll see a .3-.4s difference at every marker. You said it only showed ET/MPH - not a single other piece of data on the slips?

You say you "guess" I was right as if you're not totally convinced or still unsure. Don't forget my earlier quote:

I am only disappointed in there being no complete slip this past time whether the track was dirty or not. Sorry for the delay in response, but my work internet is down and with my fiance now here I don't have time to surf much any more.

If I could see my whole slip I would know if there was room for improvement from better track prepping etc with the same set up. Truth be told I won't be the same next time I decide to run. Going to be turning up to 15 once the right things are in place.

I expect to run a 12.9 with those minimal mods and some good driving.

That's a respectable time.

Thanks again to all who responded.

It is against physics. With the gearing, you will need to hit 50 mph within the 60'. The WHP required for that would carry you to AT LEAST 125mph in the 1/4.

Even if you have gearing that can do the 50 mph in 1st, you might accomplish that with 350 whp
