EVO vs Exotics
This is something to think about, when can us as Evo drivers compete with exotics like SLRs, Veyron, LP640s, Carrera Gts, and others. Have any of you ever raced one or a similar one, I just wanna know what you guys think.

our competive advance to these exotics is that most of their owners are afraid to launch their cars or to rev them properly since they don't want to pay many housand dollars for clutches etc etc...
When I was a etown the very first time out with my evo I raced a first gen viper on the dragstrip. I was 0.2 sec faster and that was on pump of course on my 3rd pass ever with the car so then I couldn't even drive it properly!!! LOL
I only have respect for Porsche turbos... Who's owners' actually drive them hard!

I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish here . And I will apologize if I offend anyone here but for the longest time I cannot seem to find an answer and maybe someone can enlighten me. Owning a super car is not about how fast it can go in 1/4 of a mile. What is the satisfaction of beating a super car that is a few tenths of a sec slower reaching the 1/4 mile mark? Maybe the satisfaction is about laughing at those suckers who spent 200K on a super car get beat by a 40K evo with 30K of mods in it. IMO people should compare stock vs stock instead of stock vs mod. The same analogy goes anyone can beat up Mohammad Ali with his hands tie behind his back. What is the point? What happens when the super car owner throw in a quad turbo system putting out 2000hp doing 8 sec to the 1/4 mile and you are going 12 sec?? What does that all mean? I don't get it. Driving an Evo and driving a super car is a night and day difference. Driving a super car is all about the driving experience and not about how fast it can go to cover that 1/4 mile. I owned a Evo 8 and a currently owner of a Evo X. I also own M3, 911, R35GTR, Ferrari, Lamborghini.
