Remember that Reno is at pretty high altitude, so you're going to be slow relative to the rest of the country except those of us in Colorado and Utah.

That being said, it's all 60'. Your launches were very weak, and that's the only thing that kept you out of the 12s. Otherwise, the shifting seems pretty good.

You should not be spinning with such low power, so you must have had your tire pressure up really high. When you're spinning, just lower the tire pressure until it stops but no lower than low/mid 20s.

I know the launched sucked!!! Tire pressure were at 40 psi I lowered them to 33ish... I will work on the launch and get into the 12's easily then.
Edit: Forgot to mention it was 90*F when I was racing!

40 psi??? stock tire pressure is 32 up front and 29 in the rear, try lowering the pressure to around 28 or 27 all around when ur dragging

You can beat me now pretty easy.My clutch went out last night after hitting my 12.5.It is toast. If you can bring your 60 foot down your in the 12's easy.We should have just lowered your 2 step last.

YOu never hit peak boost on the drag strip, because you're never at low enough RPMs. People ALWAYS get fooled by this.

So warr...with the temp being in the mid 90's do you think my time would have gone down at all if the temps were in the 70's?

Yes. Could be .2s/2mph maybe.

That's also why I'm excited, since my 11.51 was on an evening when it was 97* upon arrival and probably hovering around 90* still when I hit a slew of 11.5s. That's why I'm holding out hope I can do an 11.49 or better when our short summer ends in September.
