Soooo i just got back from the track for the first time and i have some problems...first i have the act streetlite clutch and flywheel/injen upper and lower ic pipes and intake/full tbe for mods on my evo ix. my best time i pulled was a 13.7 wit a 60 ft of 2.035 now i know i launched it wrong and held the clutch a bit to long but i am trappn in 4th gear at 99.60 and i heard i should be trappn at 103. now i believe my problem might be a small boost leak from my pipes. it was about 80 sumthin degrees and i was building about 17-mayb 19psi of boost. not to sure if that is good or not. jus want to kno how i can improve my overall 1/4mile time and my trap speed. any pointer will be helpful

 

Is your car tuned?
If not, I would first test for a boost leak, change plugs and get it tuned.

 

i blame the track lol. everybody at atco drives .5 slower than they should lol

 

If you want to go down to Atco on the 15th I am going with some people and I can give you some help..We should be able to get your car running alot faster then that

 

Atco would be GREAT if I didn't have to drive through water every time..I ran 11.8 there like a month ago. Sometimes you get traction, most of the time I don't lol
