Brand New Exedy Triple Cerametallic Slipping?

I have searched and been through multiple threads and need an opinion on this matter. I have 500 miles on my entire build which also included a rebuilt exedy triple cerametallic clutch, full SS clutch line, clutch fork stop and I removed the restrictor from the clutch slave cylinder. First time out the clutch engagement was towards the middle of the pedal and has now made its way to the very top. Yesterday I got into boost and witnessed what I believe is the clutch slipping in 2nd-4th. I am planning on the bleeding the system again and adjusting the pedal but I am very worried about the slipping. There were no signs of anything abnormal up until now. Same old clutch chatter as before and crazy decel noise just as before. I have no problems with any grinding or anything of the sort.

re-adjust your clutch pedal and your clutch fork stopper and go from there.

If you keep on slipping it too much you will cook the clutch and the plates will warp.
make sure you do not have tension on the clutch release arm when the clutch pedal is not depressed. (i.e. the slave cylinder to the clutch release arm/fork should not be loaded up when the clutch is released).

There was a good post on how to properly adjust your clutch pedal not too long ago. Basically when you turn the nut clockwise to disengage as aggressively as possible you can turn it too much and block the return channel, not allowing your slave to auto adjust. This means if your clutch is adjusted too far in and you changed something in your clutch and just put it back together it wouldn't be able to adjust the slave cylinder properly to match the new setup.

That is the video.
