New build - what should I run? 1/4
New build - what should I run? 1/4
Well, I just got the engine rebuilt. I added a BR 2.0 & head, BR cams and tuned the car on E85. Final #'s = 426whp and 425tq on the mighty BR MD dyno.
My question is, with this whp and a GOOD DRIVER, what should the car run? Are high 10's possible?

High 10's should most definitely be possible with a decent driver and those numbers on the BR heart breaker dyno. High 10's with a green on high boost SHOULD be relatively easy for most people that know how to drive.
I forgot to ask but is there a typical break in period for a built engine? The car will have about 300 miles on the engine before I make it to a track. Should I hold up for awhile?
my friend streetthisevo has a green on his stock ecu and motor car on buschurs dyno on pump he made 385 and went 11.14 @ 124 and on c-16 made 412 or something like that, his car is a stage 4 car with there ported i/m and tb, cosworth m2 cams , exedy twin lalalla you should have no trouble goin id say 10.6-10-.7 today he is going to the track looking for 10s
What's up man? Those are great numbers on that dyno! 10s are definitely possible like everyone else has said, but that's depending on how well you can get it down the track.
I remember you telling me at the Shootout you were getting it done. I bet it's fun on the street!
