It's either that, or our foot is more than 12 inches

Four of us spoke to M/T at the SEMA show about making a tire for the EVO/WRX. The VP at M/T was cooperative at the time. Told me to contact him. 3-4 emails and a couple phone calls and I have had no luck contacting him.

I'm with some of the others. I don't think anyone should run the tires

Wink Wink huh. That's what I was thinking.

should we go after people that remove the crash bar, install baby brakes, go 9's without a cage, parachute, harness, helmet etc... people are going to do what they want to do, you're just wasting your breath.

I have 4 MT motorcycle slicks if anyone wants to buy them shoot me a pm. Unfortunately I couldn't find anyone in my town that could mount them right so I'm giving up and moving on.

Bring them up to Louisville, I'm pretty sure someone around here could mount them for you.

LOL, good point. I don't trust them. They weren't designed for cars.

This is why I don't see how it is worth the risk of totaling a car that you have a lot of money in not including the price of the car itself. It just sounds stupid to take that risk.

Its scary at the big end because most of the cars running them are in the low 10s and high 9s. any car is going to be scary going 9 and 10 seconds at over 140 mph.

I own a set and use them alot and they arent all that bad.

The reason dave sold his set is I believe he is planning to get a new set along with the 17x7" wheels.

If anyone has a way to get me a set of the 17"x7" wheels, shoot me a PM. I tried emailing the company and never got anything back. so if you can help me, shoot me a message.

yep, I did a pull on my new setup (not MT slicks) and you need to be on your toes at high speed.

what about the MB weapon or the MOMO corse rey. those both come in a 17x7 with 5-114.3 in many off sets. They also all have a good concave spoke design. I was thinking about a set these if choose to do MT slicks.
