No fair he's exceeding the speed limit and its not illegal, this makes him exempt from the whole "street racing" rules I suppose lol, I've had 2 "infractions" one was just talking about street racing and the other was a youtube vid of me taking a lady for a ride in my evo and doing a second gear pull apparently I crossed the line lol.

He lives in Germany. Where they have roads with no speed limits... Im sure videos like such are permissible, just like videos posted of racing at dedicated tracks..Stop crying, these forums are for grown men... Or PM the administrators with your concerns.

Just think they take things a little far on this forum, a lot of forums are that way though especially when dictated by the people paying the bills, but rules are rules, made to be broken right :P oh and I wasn't whining, ok maybe I was a little lol

It's legal, in germany i can drive 260km/h all day long. I have often overtaken police cars going 200-240km/h on the road.

I'll have to pull out the tuning laptop and look at a log. Can't get any accurate data in this cold *** weather, she just spins and bounces off the limiter as soon as it starts making power.

Can we just say that hypothetically speaking that EVERYONE that posts a time it was done on a closed course. Say, or instance.... my driveway.

Just pulled several logs all from the talon, all show in the 1.8 range at the drag strip on slicks. These runs where all in the mid 160 trap speeds.

Just looked at a log from my last day at the track last year, and I've gotten anywhere from 2.97 to 2.8, pretty good for a stock block 4 banger IMO..

I use this measurement 60-100mph to measure effectiveness of mods. I have a stock turbo evo 9 on e85 with the usual bolt ons and kelford 272s. I use a VBOX to do my runs as it is as accurate as a drag strip since it uses gps. I run a 4.6. Slow compared to all of you guys lol.

technically my time is 62-100mph since it measures 100-160kmh
anyway, I just think this is a more accurate reading to compare power, compared to 0-60times, and even comparing dyno to dyno..

Let's get this thread going!

Whp : 465
Wtq : 440
60-100 time : 3.92

just for comparison, according to http://www.torquestats.com/index.php?pid=mph60_100 , the GTR does it in 5.0, murcielago LP640 in 4.6 and Ferrari 599 in 3.9
so should be interesting to compare!

Just looking at some of these times they seemed off. Here's a link to a 911 turbo test and an r35... quite different times.

Veyron runs a 2.4 second 60-100mph. Huge difference. May want to redo the list as I think halfof those may be off.
