Exedy Racing Clutch presents "The Showdown @ E Town"
According to Google Maps, Norwalk, Ohio is 11 hours and 37 minutes from Charleston, South Carolina. Englishtown, NJ is only 11 hours and 33 minutes. My god, man, that's FOUR WHOLE MINUTES!
Seriously, go to New Jersey.

See what kind of decisions I have to make... I think I will go to the Jersey one. Tony N (9 sec dsm and rail car) is a fellow college alumni. Clemson Tigers!
Seems like the WRX community doesn't know much about this event. I bumped the thread you posted and also posted this one:

I mentioned it elsewhere, but I've moved my reservation to the Studio 6 in East Brunswick as well. It's really hard to beat the price there, and looking at Google Street View makes it look like a half-way decent place.
And Brent Rau is going to be in New Jersey.
Along with two 4g63-powered rail cars (mmmm, gross displays of horsepower), Kiggly with his record-breaking 8-second FWD Laser, François Villeneuve and the rest of the Canadian crew with their crazy 8-second FWD Mirage (which ought to make for a great "grudge" match), Kevin Jewer's RWD 1g, Slowboy's RWD 2g, and more 8- and 9-second Evos than you can shake a stick at.
But that's neither here nor there; both are going to be fun events. Make sure you go to one of them.

Hey Keith, I wish we could make it, but with tire and new product testing, then preparing the car for Hot Rod Magazines Drag Week in September, and the Maxton Mile in October there is not enought time to do everything. Good luck with the event! Indy
