Almost stock and in the 12's?
The boost jumps because of the exhaust, I have a turbo back exhaust with stock boost and it spikes but to about 1.4 bar then drops back down to the stock setting as after the ECU purges it off which happens farily quickly. The weather was pretty nice that weekend so the cooler weather deffinetly helps too. Those are good times, I am running Turbo Back exhaust, Intake, SAFCII, MBC, GroundWires and such for engine mods so That run makes me feel good about what I should be able to achieve. We should get together sometime in SPR just to talk!

Just because you can not drive your car doesn't mean an almost stock EVO can not touch 12's.
For whoever was asking about what kinda turbo-back it had..it's a Buschur 3".
I have a Buschur 3" turbo back, Buschur intake, emanage conservatively tuned, and a mbc holding boost at 19psi, and I ran a 12.94@106 yesterday. That run was with a 1.86 60', so a 1.76 would have gotten me somewhere in the 12.70's. Race gas/pump gas mix with the tank FULL.

i have many more mods and consistently trap 108mph. i trapped 110.25 once with a tail wind. my mods, turbo back exhaust, custom pipe (no cat, no resonator no muffler, intake with piping (intae remvoed at track), 1.7bar, pump gas, 700cc, 255lph, act 2600, short shifter, partically stripped, dynoflashed and s-afc. my 12.54 came with stock dp, no s-afc and crappy tires. oh yea and a 1.655 60' so go ahead and say i can't launch. granted it is hot as fawk up here in the summer and i have no way to tune for it.

i ran c16 last time at the track and ran 12.5 with many more mods.
mbc with stock injectors max boost is 22lbs, max doesn't if you have s-afc or not.
mods list is too short.
prove it to me with just those mods, stock exhuast, stock clutch, full interior that this time is run

I pull time slips out too of what I've run. I believe he ran it. But I honestly think he has more done to his car.
ex: A buddy of mine called me from the DSM shootout, said Buscur had a car up there with just intake exhaust and MBC and ran 12.1. He showed me a timeslip. But the guy who told him what mods he had obviously didnt' tell him ALL the mods he had.

BTW tracks are different , I ve been told by alot of ppl the Rockinham is faster ( better traps ) than where I go in Fayetteville so who knows... I just hope you can be happy enuf with set up not to try to take away from other ppl have done with there evo.
