Got kicked out of Infineon Raceway today!

Went out to Infineon today and had a great time ran a personal best and got the boot from the tech I kinda had the idea it was gonna be the end of my day when I saw the the guy standing outside of the booth with a timeslip looking at the car numbers trien to find out which car it was hehe...

This run I was at 30psi of boost running e85 and meth on some korean all season tires at 24psi all the way around conditions wasn't the best today a cold un-prepped track with 35+mph of wind gusts coming strait towards the staging area but thats usually how it is at Infineon every Wenesday still came out very happy with the outcome.

what was the reason for the kick out? No helmet? No cage? I'm hoping to get into the 11's tomorrow night.

11.49 and under requires a roll bar, belt harness etc... Must be a strict track.

They told me a needed a cage. a race harness, and a fire jacket i'm gonna get everything sorted out and head back I know the car had alot more in it I'm probably gonna go to Sacramento raceway next time out it's the other drag strip we have out here in northern cali and the wind is not as crucial there than to the one i went to.

Awesome times! I'm waiting for my turbo before I put my parts in, hopefully I can get somewhere close to that, because the only thing I'm missing from my parts list vs your list is mounts and meth kit.

Most NHRA tracks will be strict to the NHRA rulebook.

Late Breaking News: We just got a 6 point roll cage to put in hoping to get back out there next Wenesday to make some more passes with not having the hassle of getting kicked out.

^Thanks, That sucks that it went are you gonna swap out to a 5 speed or you still gonna keep the 6 speed? I'm also a little worried about it going as well, but I try not to think about it we have constently been changing the gear fluids right before every outing.

Here's the video everyone! lol you can defenetly see that I didn't get enough mph to get into 2nd and you can hear it bog just a little bit. Defently cost me .1-.2 seconds I knew that it wasn't gonna be a 10sec run at the point but decided to still stay in it because the car recovered so quickly from the slight bog in 2nd hehe gotta thank the Quarter Master twin for that with its super light design so here you go enjoy everyone!
