Update for this post...

I ended up having a roll pin failure on my 1-2 shift fork. Upon removal and inspection of my gear box... 2 gear is wasted, 3rd and 4th are pretty well beat as well.

I'm replacing
1,2,3, and 4 synchro assemblies
2,3, and 4 gears. (Evo 8 3rd and 4th)
1-2, 3-4 Hub and sliders
bearings
roll pins and safety wiring them into place.

I did find a HUGE boost leak that WAS my bov. I blocked off the lower pressure port and vented it to atmosphere.... I went from 27psi at 6k to 32psi at 6k!!!! That was unfortunately hours before the shift fork failed.

I ordered the parts from Buschur last week...and they should be arriving late next week. I'm really excited to retune on Q16 and get some passes in on the new gear box. Should make 460+whp and hopefully a sub 11.50 pass
