Offset/Spacers for motegi traklites?

I'm going to try a light weight wheel and tire setup with motegi traklites and M/T slicks. What type of offset (and spacer if needed) for the wheels do I need to fit over the AMS/Wilwood small brake kit?

Where did you get the wheels from ? PM me. Some people have gotten away with 15 mm spacers on the front. I dont know if they changed there brackets over time, but I had to use 20 mm it is that close and I also filed the brake caliper a few mm. If you havent gotten the wheels yet go with ce28s their lighter and have more clearance. Ask 9sec9 or STM for proper offset.

Well, actually haven't purchased any of the setup as of yet, but I plan on getting everything at the beginning of next month. I just wanted to know exactly what I need so I can buy everything at once. I would like to buy a set of ce28s, but I think they're out of my price range. From what I researched, the 15" motegi wheels came in at 10 lbs (per wheel). Are the Volks lighter than that?

damn. Well just in case I can't find any, what other options do I have as far as wheels (that are somewhere in the motegi price range)?

Bumping this back up instead of starting a new thread.

now thats its 2013 i am sure more people have used this setup and can chime in.

I have some motegi traklites 15x6.5 +35mm offset and ams/wilwood drag front brake kit. Will I be ok with a 15 or 20 mm spacer?

I have heard people grinding the wilwood calipers to fit without spacers. Any insight on this?

Thanks
-Kory
