Hey guys, I know I've seen this many places, but is it true that someone ran a 9.8s 1/4 time with a stock turbo? I know Ryan @ STM did a 10.16 on the stock turbo, but I thought I remember seeing someone that had a 9 second stock turbo siggy. Is this true?

 

The record for the stock turbo is 10.0 set by Tyler at DynoTech Tuning. Unless I missed something and someone when 9s in the recent months, but I believe DynoTech holds the record for the stock turbo at 10.0.

 

See, and nobody has said anything about DTT on any lists or anything. But that's still hella fast. I just thought I saw a "first stock turbo in the 9's" signature, so I was asking. i know signatures are just that, nothing really to stand on, but still, I was looking for it again lol.

 

As far as we know 9's have not been hit on the stock turbo. We were close with a 10.08 pass on its first track event but the turbo failed so we never got a chance to run that 9 we second pass we were after. We hope to see someone do it, if not, we might take another try in the future.
