The fastest STi I remember seeing in Aug 2009 was 12.5 and the rest were 13's and above. It was hotter than Africa that day so I didn't stay for the whole event. Was there for most of it though.

O well...
This becomes the problem as its become very easy to make 11.5 passes with minimal mods - Especially e85.

This is what prevents myself, and many others from attending this event, and not the other.. I drive my car often, I even use the back seat(for people). Im not welding some gaggle**** of a cage in it. This is the purpose of waivers. I know what im risking and I am ok with that.

Might be there, getting a bunch of cars in different categories ready for it.

Etown has been very strict recently about the cage stuff, I mean I have never seen them this strict.

If your car runs sub 11.5 and you have no cage chances are you will get one pass and may not even get the timeslip.

Damn...understandable on their part but still kinda ridiculous...Sounds like a WRX may win this year since all the evos will be running 11.5s or faster...haha...

EVO vs. WRX/STI Stock Appearing Heads Up Class:
Full Street Trim, Registered, Insured, True DOT Radial Tire, Stock Appearing Turbo (Evo Red/Black ok). After market intake or exhaust manifold OK. Front mounted intercooler and pipe upgrade ok. 16 Car field (8 Fastest EVO’s and 8 FASTEST WRX’s/STI’s will compete Heads Up)

When we are saying full street trim, do we mean, full interior or we will see cars with just one seat?

What full street trim means is full interior. No gutted cars. Cars should have all interior panels, carpet, and seats.

thats great!

last year i felt so bad when was running in the heads up class and many cars were coming to the line just with driver's seat...

It will definitely be a fun day!

Could be .005 or .006.

Yeah back seats are needed to. Those are light though.
