I remember picking the car up 2 years ago and it was just a shell. No drive train, no engine, not a wire in the car - nothing but a body. After 2 years of helping Keith build this car out of his 1.5 car garage, it's finally done and has been a big challenge. Together we did all of the fabrication work, all of the wiring using a painless switch panel and a stock engine harness, everything else you see.

After looking at the log of the 9.27 pass, Keith hit the rev limiter 21 times. The trans or the converter is slipping a lot. Once we get that problem solved, this is going to be one BAD *** DSM! All the passes were done using only 38 psi. Once the trans/converter issue is fixed, we will turn up the boost to the 50-55 psi range!!
We were very happy with being able to stall up the car WITHOUT NITROUS! Some key changes were made to cam timing along with some tuning, and we had that 42R spooling like a 16g!!

Its was a 1G ITP trans but it got rebuilt by a local shop in Illinios. The convertor is a 1g billet precision unit, it was also re stalled by the same local shop.
Track is open for this weekend then it closes, so we will be out on Sunday lookin for 8's
