FPWhite deeper in the 10's

Got out to woodburn drag strip yesterday. Weather like usual was ****. It only rained once and they were able to dry the track. Its was 52 degrees out and thank goodness they prepped the track good. I got lucky and made the first pass after the prep. Got 4 runs in:

First run they only let us go 1/8 mile

60 - 1.610
330 - 4.597
1/8 - 7.031 @ 100.75

Not sure what happened here. 1-2 shift was just a mess
60 - 1.687
1/8 - 7.200 @ 96.50
1/4 - 11.084 @ 126.79

This one i bogged. not completely, but nosed out if you know what i mean

60- 1.659
1/8 - 7.121 @ 99.28
1/4 - 11.029 @ 125.96

Last run.

60 - 1.531
330 - 4.475
1/8 - 6.914 @ 100.85
1/4 - 10.783 @ 126.90

I was soooooo happy to get this slipped handed to me. I think with a 1.50 60' I can go 10.7 flat. maybe

I all ready want a bigger turbo

Killer 60'. Keep up the practice and it will come with time. I love how you are sticking with small stock frame turbos! Keep at it, you will only get better!

^^^he is talking about the FPwhite, not the white rabbit! TOTALLY different turbos. The FPwhite is like a FPgreen, but no upgraded turbine wheel...just an upgraded compressor wheel. So it should be the 10.5 hotside.

Thanx. Ive been hitting the stocker for a couple years now. I figured that if i get the violent hit of a small turbo down out of the hole then the bigger ones may be a little easier. Ive had big turbo talons and a 35r on my other evo. I was pretty green back then. I love the hit of this white, but like the stocker it has little top end.

It has a hta 68 cold side with a stock 10.5 hot side. The hta blade is the one they tried to make the first HTA green with and it failed. I use e85 fuel.

Congrats. With that same 60ft and quicker shifting from 1st to 2nd, your setup is capable of 10.67-10.70. Keep up the good work.

Way to go junkie! You are making me so anxious to get out there and race!

What tire are you using on these runs?

Probably the 245/45/17 Hoosiers that were made for the Evo and STI. They were made to fit the stock 17" rims...though I'm not sure if this is what he is running. Just my guess.
