Evo 8 vs. Srt 4 agp car

I've seen posts comparing these cars but couldn't find one about a agp srt 4. They claim 400 whp kits for around 4k. My buddy is thinking of getting one. Are they true to that number? Also I have a hks 280's, 3 inch tbe, mbc @25 psi, buschur licp and street fmic, drop in filter. Taking out the driver factor how does those type of cars line out? If it has been asked where can I read up on it.

From a roll a srt4 will win, from a dead stop the evo will win. I doubt anyone will know if their kit is true to the number on this site.

Idk about the agp but when I had my evo stock, it beat an acr claiming 400whp. The guy was a decent driver and I could have been better but I beat him by about a car length

Yeah I just wondered how they lined up I knew the stage one and two srt was fairly weak compared to a modded Evo. Just never seen a stage 4 around here

a stock evo would not even be close to a true 400whp car

a typical SRT with a 50 trim size turbo can easily pass the 400WHP, the problem at that point it's traction. From a 60 mph roll a stock turbo EVO on pump gas has no chance.

Bull****. I have trapped 124 and 129 on 2 different stock turbo Evos on pump gas. I also had an 11 second SRT4 that made 400+ whp and ft/lb, and my best trap on that was 121 mph.

A stock turbo Evo can absolutely, without a doubt, hold it's own against a 400+ whp SRT4, from a roll or from a dig.

E85 is at the pumps all over here in NY, and yes, it was the fastest ET / MPH on the 2010 stock turbo list

But your car was super light compared to everyone elses pigs. Also you are probably a better drag racer than most of the people on this site

A lot of it depends on factors most people overlook; tires being the most often overlooked.

The higher the roll, the better the Neon's chances of hooking. If the driver is able to brakeboost well, has good tires and y'all are going from a high roll, he'd have a good chance to pull you.

Srt-4 curb weight is roughly 2900#.
Aerodynamics would play key from a roll, as our car is modeled after a toaster.
Not talking abt street racing....
