Luckily for me I found a video on Youtube of the event with my car on it, fast forward to 2:45 to see the footage. First post has been updated.

Congrats on breaking into the 10's. Why are you shifting so high though? An HTA82 setup should be able to be shifted around 8,000-8,200 and stay in the powerband. I shift mine at 8,000 even. Do you have a dynograph posted somewhere? I'm curious to see what your powerband looks like.

Nice flush bumper. With some faster shifting and shifting at the proper rpms you should get into the 9s.

Thanks, I just reviewed my logs of the passes and with the exception of the 1-2 shift, I was shifting between 8200-8500rpms. I haven't been to a dyno in a while, but some of the parts I've recently installed have been geared for more topend. I have a bunch of virtual dyno logs from road tuning though that can give you an idea of the powerband.

Congrats on your 10 second pass. The tracks in the U.S are so much better than up here. I watched that white Subie run low 10's up here, and then hits a mid 9 down there.

Id say with a quartermaster and some better driving thats a low 10 sec pass maybe a high 9 sec pass..

I have an old Quarter Master Clutch and a fresh Tre Trans and it will No LIFT SHIFT at 9000 if I want, the boost will go down 1psi inbetween shifts. That would really help you if you can shift that fast.. 10's took 6 years and 9's will take a clutch and some practice...

That Subie was pretty sick, same with the P&L car

Nice meeting you Jason, can't wait to see how your car runs once it's back together

Thanks Dave, your parts have definitely helped me get to this point. (double pumper, rear diff supports, mustache bar, front cross member, and wheels w/ motorcycle slicks)

Amen to that, I could definitely use some more practice, but I'm hoping to try out NLTS next time out and cut down on the 60' and shift times. I would be happy with low 10's this year and 140's. Intake temps at the end of on one of the runs was 140*, car was heaksoaked after making a few back to back passes Looking to get back out in October to take another crack at it.

Thanks Cisco!!

Probably going to head out later this month or early next month on crisp fall day, hoping to get into the 140's and lower 10's.
