That's an impressive mph for that weight. Hard to get 150 without serious power

Very nice run man!

Lets run the forumla!

HP= Weight of car X (trap speed / 228.4) ^3.

150/228.4 = .6567

.6567 x .6567 x .6567 = .283

.283 X 3350 = 948 crank HP. Figure thats about 830whp considering the 14% loss thru the drivetrain.

No secrets here. I tuned the car and can answer some questions for ya'll. The 60ft was a 1.65 I believe...I'll get a timeslip up later tonight. We were ecstatic to break into the 150's considering how the car was ran, the ET we know can be a whole lot better, but the track prep was not optimal for that old set of Hoosiers.

Major mods are the STM FF manifold with an FP 3794, Built 2.0, 2200's, Aem V1, E85, Buschur sheetmetal intake manifold, 65mm ported tb, and c.o.p system. Turbo elements intercooler and piping with vangent clamps.

Nothing special accomplished here as far as we're concerned, just a goal met with a badass street car

Big thanks to Tirado custom coatings, Buschur Racing, STM, and FP.

Oh yea, the car dynoed 858hp @ 44psi on our Dynojet. At the track it only saw close to 44psi in 3rd and 4th gear

Wow, thats impressive for what looks like a sleeper from the outside. What are the drivetrain mods? Do you think you guys could of achieved this on the factory ecu (the e.t. and trap not the dyno runs)?
