Can it go 9's?

That they do. What it really all comes down to is, how loose is the nut between the steering wheel and the driver seat...
Bunch of skinny *****, I was 246lbs myself and I think my car was over 3250 with me in it when I went 143mph. I've personally lost 26 lbs since then and the car has lost close to 225lbs. I'm hoping with a 1.5 or so 60' I can get into the 9zzz. It went 10.6@143 with a 1.83 60'
Wheatley, your car is easily going 9s. It would have even before all the lost weight.
My situation from last year is 200lbs lighter, 60 more hp, drag brakes, and drag spec suspension
1.4 60' or bust (and 9 second passes of course). Was suppose to go to the track today for opening day but it rained

Im down to 190 lbs. I was close to 220 last year! Id like to be 180 by the mid of summer.
If I can run mid 10s at 127, with a 1.4x 60 and a little more weight reduction you should be able to hit 9s. Just shift like a boss. For reference, my car weighted 2815 and I weight 210...benching 380 so im not getting any lighter :/ .
