Been awhile since an update..
I took a trip to a dyno a couple weeks ago. GT35R, stock head, 272's, Magnus Cast intake manifold:
First run 593hp, 528tq
Added 1 deg of timing..
Second run 616hp, 546tq
Added 1 deg of timing...
Last run, 637hp, 549tq
Runs were done at 42psi on E85, which at this time of year is technically E70. There's still some more left in her. The Ford diesel(?) .63 exhaust side is choking things off after 8K or so. Peak power is around 6800RPM.

I then followed up with a visit to the track:
Runs were done at 37-38psi

What's next? More power of course. PTE 6466 and custom tubular manifold very soon.

Details are foggy on the new manifold and turbo setup, but its sure to be epic. It will be a massive project created by the one and only fathouse fabrications.
