A little update. I'm very pleased with the newer style QM twin. I had the older version so I can definitely compare. The new one is a hell of a lot nicer to drive. 50% less noisy then the old one and its not even broken in yet. It's so damn smooth its unreal. As for lasting I have no clue. We will see.

Thank you very much. My ultimate goal is 9.500 but let's just get a 9.99 first. Ha. I think my next issue is this small runner manifold. I feel I need to at least use a big runner manifold if I plan to even keep this twin scroll stuff.

some updates

i know its been 10 months since i driven this car and it is 120lbs lighter. it also needs a tune. but man when i mash the gas down and let it hit 30psi for a second this thing feels much more dangerous then before. the PTE turbo feels like it hits harder as well. who knows though. remember its been a while.

i am going to put the cams in this week and then the car will sit until saturday when it gets its tune. i really hope this go's well. i dont know why im so worried but i am. it has been a long road. but if she breaks thats what happens. get out the wrench and fix the mess and repeat.

 

Do you have virtual dyno? You see what you have before and after the cam install.
