The gas in Antiqua is octane WTF. Octane is not posted at the pump and it is not regulated. There is no low medium or high octane there. Because most of Antiguans are European (was English colony), they usually refer to their fuel the same way Europeans do, hence the 95 octane comment. This car should not be shot down over some octane grade "technicality". I have tuned many cars down there, and the fuel coming out of the pump there is spotty at best.
you can get 94-100 unleaded out the pump but you don't see anyone claiming pump gas records on any platform with it. This isn't some new discussion for 2015.....
Listen I didn't just make this up as I went along. 93octane and lower is the fuel being referenced when using the word "Pump". It's been like this for years and I watched and read long battles Buschur has had over it before.

Short of doing an actual octane test, there really isn't any way to tell what they have down there. I know I've done cars there and felt like the fuel was EU95. Other times, including the time I tuned his car that runs this pass, it would be "what the hell happened to your gas down here?". I did 5 other cars that last trip and it seemed like the fuel was not very good. Sadly there is no real way to know. My opinion on what kind of fuel comes out of the nozzle would be a pretty poor way to determine an octane.
Thanks. I think he posted it up on boosted and not here. It was more of a "while we're both here, have some extra workload". Wasn't meaning for it to be a poke at you. If it read that way it wasn't intended.
I hear you. My post wasn't intended to open an old debate long closed. I was simply sharing my experience with the fuel there and my opinion. You run the thread, it's your discretion, and I have no issue with it being that way. (I sure as hell don't want to be the guy keeping track of this).

That aside I see you guys flirting with that stock turbo record. Finish your plate don't just leave it hanging like that
Didn't English say that car was gutted? or am I wrong
