I was out there spectating, first time I'd been to that track. I was glad to see Canexican's car (although I didn't know which was his until now), the Ivey Tune car, the Procco Evo, the Boostin performance red Talon and a whole faction of DSM guys pitted towards the back. I saw a couple more Evos in index classes as well and that fast 3000GT was pretty awesome.
Didn't introduce myself to anyone since it was such a whirlwind of a weekend I didn't get to stop anywhere in the pits.
Can't wait till next year, it such a great event.

I'll be back at the track this Saturday. Weather is looking good here in the 'burgh with a high of 53 degrees this weekend. Can't wait!
Saw the car and looked at it for a few min. Def runs good wish I could have ran but my clutch is slipping so it was pointless. Also herd they were strict and don't have a full 10pt yet. Did they say anything to you guys about not having a pilar bars. Also where did you guys get the oil cap with the an fittings.

I'll try to find out for you who did the oil cap. I believe he is on here and facebook, custom makes them. I'll PM you with his name when I find it.
I saw all of your runs last weekend, but I didn't get around the pits as much as I wanted to. I didn't even talk to Nate this year, wtf. Nice runs! It seems like a little wheel spin in first would have done some good. The track looked very sticky on your runs. You'll run the number soon.
The oil cap is probably the one by Hal Landry.

I only had a 4 point and they didn't say anything. Although, had they looked in the trunk we probably woulda been screwed - welds weren't exactly kosher. They were big on engine diapers, size of turbo, and if you had a cage or not.

Well, I wish I could tell you guys that we smashed the record, but it didn't happen.
Had a total of 5 passes at the local track's test n tune with some pretty decent conditions. DA was about 1000ft. Track was decently sticky too, so I can't blame it on that.
- First run: 60ft was mediocre, broke up in 4th and got out of it. 10.7@94.
- Second run: 60ft was better, but was going a bit rich in between shifts, plus I'm pretty sure I missed EVERY gear. 10.2@141.
- Third run: 60ft was a 1.47. Slammed second gear. Crushed third gear. Nailed 4th...Ohhh billy, come on 9.30, and...POOF! There goes the lower intercooler pipe. 10.5@98.
- Fourth and Fifth runs were the same as our third run. Didn't miss anymore gears and 60fts were both low 1.5s, but could not keep the damn LICP on. We have NEVER blown an ICP off this car since I've owned it, so this really sucked - should have brought my hairspray...if I owned hairspray.
We are really running out of time to get the record. There is only one more scheduled day left here in Pittsburgh for test n tune, so we are contemplating a track rental which is just stupid expensive here for some reason. It was a frustrating day to say the least, but we aren't giving up. I'll keep you guys posted when we have definite plans on getting back to the track.

With me driving the car weights about 2715. Don't want to post pics for fear that Robert may murder me in my sleep. Take my word for it that it is big, beautiful, and powerful. I don't want to give people's hopes up because I don't know if this turbo is ever going to be produced. Right now, this is strictly prototype testing.

Well, we only saw a spike of 33psi in 4th. The other gears were seeing less boost. We wanted to turn it up, but we are currently running FTW fuel and were out of injector & pump on ID2000's and dual Walbros :/ . We have upped it a little since then, but not by much.

Rented out MIR on NYE. Weather was beautiful - 48F and sunny with little wind. Since we were one of two cars at the track, we couldn't really afford the additional 700 bucks to prep the whole track. Only the first 60ft had glue...it was sketchy, but fun. There was also no burnout box as they were renovating. Could not get the 60ft any lower than a 1.5x with the 26" slicks. This was the result of our best pass:

We have a bunch of vids which I'll be posting in the upcoming days. I may make a separate post since we did set the fastest pass for a stock frame turbo. This was an awesome way to end the year.
