Jeff Bush - ER/ETS '94 Talon runs 8.07
With a few small changes to the car since the 8.20 at IFO in Seattle, Jeff and the crew headed to the track for some end of the year testing to see how much the change to Methanol had helped.
The 8.07 happened at only 48psi compared to the 55psi of the 8.20@176mph pass. Traction was decent but the car did spin on the second pass with more boost. Nitrous came on early and spun hard enough to kill the e.t. but the speed did come up 2mph.
Need to thank Marco at Magnus Motorsport for a BA dry sump, Robert and Scott @ Forced Performance for an awesome turbo, Kiggly for the Auto help and parts over the last few seasons, Jens at Fuel Injector Clinic for the fuel system parts, and Craig at Sparktech for having the parts to keep it lit. Mark at Metro Transmissions has been hard at work to keep the eclipse auto happy and working at this power level. We are switching converter manufacturers for next year so hopefully we see it run faster

Thanks guys
Its been an interesting build over the last 5+ years getting it to where it is now. When the car was first built it made the power some of our street cars make now, so I can confidently say that we have taken what we learned and applied to the real world. It will be interesting to see what it does next season.
