Slick/Radial tire opinions
Slick/Radial tire opinions
Im a little up in the air about which tire to go wit on my car. just wanted to get some opinions from experienced guys here.
car is going to see mostly street use, not dd, and an occasional track visit. im up in the air between the hoosier qtp's and the M/T et street radials. I know the radials will last longer but a couple friends are weary about the side wall stiffness and breaking drivetrain parts.
oh and its a 15 inch wheel setup
thank you in advance guys

If your not much of a track guy I'd go with the Mickey Thompson et's. The sidewall is still huge and Designed to absorb drivetrain shock, not inflict it. Look at all the guys running 7-8-9sec passes on radials..granted most are rwd but still they have to hook don't they? Just my .02
not tuned yet. but its a 2.0 6466. most going to be have "spirited street fun" with it. thanks for your opinions. always been leaning more toward the mickeys. i think this just solidified it
