Some stock/fast looking Audi was taunting me so I decided to show him where the bear poops. Well, I should have done my homework because he showed me where and how the bear poops. I'm only running a handful of bolt-ons and my last tune only yielded 267whp, since then I upgraded the FMIC, upper & lower IC Piping and swapped my OEM 8 BOV for an OEM 9. 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8, 560 horsepower AWD with an eight-speed tiptronic gearbox. 0-60 in 3.8 seconds. Price tag of around $130K.

Anyone know what the 1/4 mile time on this would be? ~420 whp sound about right?

Also, that's an RS5. Are you thinking if an R8?

The car looked like the car in the photo and it had an RS8 badge on the back, photo updated to what I believe to be an RS8, I think these are new for 2014. I believe this is the car,

Even a mere S8 will stomp most evos. Not sure the RS models are even imported?

I'm quite certain this was an RS8, unless he had a fake badge? Car looked pretty amazing and sounded very rumbly, maybe modified exhaust.

There are quite a few sleeper cars like this, though.

Grassroots Motorsports did a piece on the RS4 as a used car. They said it was an amazingly cheap performance car for the money.

I think most gearheads don't take those family cars seriously (ironically, the evo is a family car lol) so they don't know what they're capable of.

Wow, even a 2007 RS4 is going for ~$30K, that's crazy, surprised I haven't heard of the 'RS' Audi line before now. Very sharp looking car though, even the 2007. Lesson learned.

I don't think they make an rs8 talked to my friend who works at audi and the fastest model 8 series audi is s8 but they run a 11second 1/4 mile stock and with a flash and exhaust can go high 10s in the quarter .
