Exactly. We did use some of the parts from the 91 but the drivetrain is completely different and we're not sure hom much power it will hold. Keith has a few tranny mods that he's finalizing but the trans is stock for now. We're using our new LSD in the transfer case but that's about it. It's time to find out what the stock drivetrain will handle.

Congrats again!
I only made two passes. I bogged the second launch due to the lack of a tachometer. If it was my old car I could do it without a problem thanks to the hundreds of passes I've taken in it but it was just too hard with the new ride.

It's a Innovative twin ball bearing turbo and it's actually pretty small for what we want to do. I think it might be too small when we spray the car but we have three other turbos at the shop that will bolt right on. One is the T51R that Boost Solutions runs and we even have one that's slightly larger.

Jeff,

Nice job man. I was wondering on when you guys were gonna run the beast, or when it was going to be ready. Looks like I'm a few days late . Great job though. I have no doubt that this beast will run 9's! I was actually wondering on where the 91 was last time I was at the shop last week or so for my clutch adjustment.

Congrats on the pass Turbo trix. Your car is a beautiful and that is one of the nicest paint jobs for a race car I have ever seen. Very very clean. Good luck with the rest of the season and hopefully you will break into the 9's.

Don't worry about the negative comments or whatever is said.

Good luck, Ryan

We don't at all, we just laugh about all the trash talk. We've only begun with this car and we'll just let our timeslips do the talking....

Guys, I know I am a bit late with this, but I am curious about something. What proof is it exactly when someone posts a timeslip. It doesn't mean it was from their car, so why use that as proof??? I could post a dozen timeslips of a 6.90 pass at over 200mph this just proves I have a timeslip with that e.t. on it. I think TurboTrix has a good enough reputation that they can be trusted when they say what they have accomplished If you really need proof, talk to someone you trust that witnessed it, even videos can be doctored quite easily. See, I have the worlds fastest stock EVO. I was in the left lane

I agree with you that any body can get a time slip and post it as its his time slip, but he need to be reasnable. and I think with there mods its not strange that they did 10s, and if a place like TurboTrix liead they will loose thier trust and customars so they have no reason to lie or post a fake time slip. keep up the good work Turbo Trix.

Yes! Obviously I was exaggerating a bit to get my point across. Personally, I don't see why anyone would question a 10 sec pass? It's not like it's new territory, the car isn't all that heavy, and has a great platform to work with. When they get a few passes on the car and get all the new stuff sorted, the car will run 9's no question in my mind.

I was wondering how long it would take someone to catch that . It was the most accessable timeslip!
