Both approaches work and if I were on the East coast I would probably be a Dynoflash/Buscher customer but I am very happy with Shiv's tuning and low 12s on the West Coast is pretty competitive. So 3000ways I think you should go with the closest tuner and you will be happy.Can't go wrong either way because your car will put the smack down when it is required/needed.
